I'm gonna start off light, but introduce something pretty simple to execute, crucial to close a sale and devastatingly lethal when mastered so it becomes a natural habit. It's such a ridiculously simple task to complete and has the potential to completely affect the direction of the interaction with a potential client.

Lesson 02
Say cheese, to make the cheese
Have you ever been shopping somewhere and the person helping you thought that they were cooler than the Fonz? They didn't need to smile because they knew that you knew that they were cool like that. It's like the queue of sugar daddies in the clubs looking smug when a dime piece walks by.

Lesson 03
The three steps of Feel-Felt-Found method
Did you know that when people are shopping and are approached by a salesperson, they naturally and subconsciously have raise their guard ready to defend themselves from the onslaught of sales pitches and absolute disregard for solving their needs? If you didn't know, go to a furniture store, or a car dealership and see analyze your own feelings when approached by those evil salespeople.

Numbers tell, stories sell
I read a long time ago a story about a world famous jeweler. Word got out that a wealthy man was going to visit his store looking for the world's most beautiful diamond. Not wanting to risk missing out on the sale, he put his best salesperson to the task of closing the sale. It turns out his best salesperson forgot one very important rule to sales.
